Hot-dip galvanized wire processing technology:
Hot-dip galvanized wire is also processed by using high-quality low-carbon steel wire rods (Q195, Q235), and processed by drawing molding, pickling and rust removal, high temperature annealing, galvanizing, and cooling, but it is different from electrogalvanized wire. The hot-dip galvanizing process is to dip the steel wire in molten zinc solution, also called hot dip galvanizing.

Hot-dip galvanized wire has fast zinc, thick zinc layer and very good rust prevention performance, and its service life is up to 20 years. However, due to the thick zinc layer, the surface of the hot-dip galvanized wire is dark.
A bundle of 50kg-600kg, a bundle of one end, with inner plastic outer weave and inner plastic outer hemp, can be customized packaging according to customer requirements.
Hot-dip galvanized wire is mainly used in various fields such as breeding cages, wire mesh weaving, construction, handicrafts, product packaging and daily civilian use.
The product meets the requirements of "GB / T343 General Purpose Low Carbon Steel Wire" and related standards, and the zinc layer meets the requirements of "GB / T15393 Steel Wire Galvanized Layer" and related standards.
